Just Rum

Our rum is made with Costa Rican, organic, fair-trade sugar cane and a 300 year-old legacy strain of yeast from southern Barbados. No additional sugars or artificial coloring. 

MHCC Cocktail Classes

Just Rum is proud to partner with Mt Hood Community College in offering HOM4JC - Just a Cocktail course. From June - August expand your rum mixology mastery. Each class features 2 cocktails showcased by our master distiller, Jon Crosby. Registration is $45 per person and sessions are held at our distillery in Sandy, starting at 6:00pm.
