As one of our foundational spirits, we tip our hats to some of the earliest recorded expressions of rum. Not for the faint of heart, the assertiveness of this rum transports you to the wild life of pirates and sailors in the early 1700s. With a bold aroma of freshly-tanned leather and dark caramel, this rum offers a tremendously rich and smoky oak flavor followed by a hint of butter. Our Oregon Oak Rested rum is adjacent to rye and bourbon.
