The creator of Just Rum began his journey when he inherited a homemade pony-keg still from his great Uncle John. Inspired by his uncle's legacy, John, wanted to taste rum as it could have been made in the 1600s. This special craft, is reminiscent of egg custard while butter and cream notes bely its high strength. Uncle John's legacy lives on in this powerful, yet delicate rum. This one's for you, Uncle John.
