Celebrating the local ingredients of Oregon, we infuse our rum with Oregon blackberries and marionberries. The result is a dry, tart, and tannin-forward spirit. When paired with citrus and sugar in your favorite cocktail, the blackberry flavor is recaptured, transforming it into a favorite summertime delight. Alternatively, on the rocks, it is a nice reminder of a red wine or port. A nod to our company origins, enjoy "Just a taste of Oregon!"
