Taste rum as it was made in 1600s America. Our Simple White is a testament to simplicity. This historic rum is made with Costa Rican sugarcane, pitched with a 300 year-old legacy strain of yeast from Barbados. Distilled once through a traditional pot still, we are able to retain the delicate, floral, and grassy notes of the sugarcane, quickly followed by candied-fruit notes. This spirit has an underlying, gentle, buttery texture, making it a satisfying sipper or perfect  for any cocktail. This rum does it all.
