Initially dry with a touch of smoke, you will then taste waves of flavors: vanilla, savory bacon, warm spices, and toasted pecan. Finally, all these notes intertwine, underlying a dominant yet delicate maple wood flavor. This rum will satisfy non-peated scotch or cognac drinkers.
