PREMIUM: Queen's Share Pinot Noir

The Queen's Share is a historically-inspired reproduction of rum, made specifically to pay taxes to the Queen of England from the 1600s. It is created by isolating the top of the "tails" and the bottom of the "hearts" in our pot still. This portion of our rum is redistilled and then aged in used Pinot Noir casks for 2 years. The result is an elixir of sweet raisin and decadent, candied figs notes balanced against a full bodied finish that lingers on your palette. Sipped or mixed, Just Rum Queen's Share Pinot Noir is a delicious taste of history.
